Plain terms for careful production work.

These terms govern access to Bloomcomp and its browser-based product-image tools. By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You keep ownership of files and content you process. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use those materials and create the requested outputs.

The on-device Studio does not need a licence to upload or store source images because it processes them locally. If you intentionally submit content through a future sharing or support feature, you grant the limited rights needed to provide that feature.

Do not use Bloomcomp to violate law, intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware; interfere with the service; bypass limits; probe accounts or systems without authorization; or process content that you are not permitted to use.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Paid features, term length, included updates, and usage limits are described at checkout. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply. A purchase is not complete until payment is confirmed.

Except where law requires otherwise or the checkout terms state differently, fees for an activated digital licence are non-refundable. We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges.

Presets help prepare common dimensions, formats, naming patterns, and file budgets. Marketplace rules can change and may vary by category or region, so you remain responsible for reviewing each listing and the current requirements of its destination.

Automated processing can introduce visual or metadata differences. Review outputs before publishing or replacing source assets.

We may improve, add, remove, or discontinue features. We aim to communicate material changes that affect paid use and to provide reasonable continuity for active licence terms.

Beta or preview functionality may change and can be less reliable than generally available features.

Bloomcomp is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every image, or acceptance by a third-party marketplace. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomcomp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms prospectively. If a material change affects an active paid service, we will provide notice through the service or by email when appropriate.
